At Berkeley, we create places people are proud to call home. Renowned for delivering some of London's most prestigious residential developments, we combine exceptional design, quality craftsmanship, and a long-term commitment to creating sustainable communities.

We're looking for an experienced Interior Design Manager to join our Design team and play a leading role in shaping the customer experience across a portfolio of landmark developments. This is an opportunity to influence every stage of the design journey, from early concept creation through to project delivery, bringing beautifully considered interiors to life within some of the capital's most sought-after residential destinations.

You'll work alongside talented colleagues across Development, Technical, Commercial, Construction, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring every design decision balances creativity, commerciality, and customer appeal. For an ambitious design professional with experience in prime residential, luxury hospitality, or high-end mixed-use developments, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact and continue developing your career within one of the UK's leading property developers.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Exceptional Design

  • Take ownership of interior design across multiple residential and mixed-use developments.
  • Develop design concepts, material palettes, FF&E selections, and detailed schemes that reflect the aspirations of our customers and the character of each development.
  • Challenge, refine, and enhance design proposals to ensure they are distinctive, deliverable, and commercially successful.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
