About AINOM

AINOM is a visual solution provider for home decor brands. We are looking for a creative and self-driven Remote Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for translating client ideas into high-quality visual assets, working independently from anywhere while maintaining seamless collaboration with our cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding design outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creative Execution: Transform project briefs into high-quality visual designs, graphics, or layouts that align with client expectations and AINOM's brand standards.
  • Design Iteration: Manage client feedback and revisions efficiently, ensuring design updates are implemented accurately and submitted on time.
  • Asset Management: Organize, deliver, and maintain all design source files and final visual deliverables in shared cloud repositories for easy team access.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate regularly with the project and production teams to clarify design constraints, technical specs, and project timelines.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on current home decor, industry-related visuals, and global design trends to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.

  • Tertiary degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Multimedia, or a related creative discipline (equivalent practical portfolio strength will also be considered).
  • Open to all experience levels. A strong portfolio demonstrating interior design fundamentals and layout skills is required for application. Experience working in consumer furniture industry a plus.
  • Work-level English is mandatory to understand design briefs and collaborate with international teams. Proficiency in any European language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch) and basic familiarity with remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Dropbox, Teams).
