We are working on behalf of a highly regarded hospitality interior design studio to recruit a Junior-Mid-level Interior Designer for their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically minded designer to develop their career within a studio known for thoughtful, detail-driven and sustainability-led design.
This role is ideal for a motivated Junior Interior Designer who is passionate about materials, spatial design and creating meaningful human experiences across a range of high-end projects.
The Role
As a Junior Interior Designer, you will support the delivery of design projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with senior designers and project teams, you will contribute creatively while developing your technical and professional skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the development of interior design concepts and design presentations
- Producing detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD
- Supporting material research, specification and sample coordination
- Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants
- Helping to ensure designs are practical, buildable and aligned with sustainability principles
- Managing multiple tasks and contributing to project timelines and deliverables

About You
We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented and eager to grow within a collaborative studio environment.
You will ideally have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline
- 1+ years’ experience ideally on hospitality projects in London
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- A strong interest in materials, detailing and sustainable design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
- Exposure to hospitality projects (beneficial but not essential)
