Interior Designer – Bathrooms

£45,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £57,000+

Bowman Bathrooms is growing, and we are looking for an ambitious Interior Designer to join our Braintree showroom on the Springwood Industrial Estate.
This role combines design, client consultation, and sales, helping homeowners create beautiful kitchens and bathrooms.

Earnings
- Basic salary: £45,000
- On-target earnings: £57,000
- Top performers: £70,000–£100,000+
Commission is uncapped, so the more you sell, the more you earn.
The Role
You will work with clients from their first showroom visit through to final sale.

Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients to the showroom and understanding their projects
- Following our Design Journey to best fulfil customer requirements and budget goals
- Designing bathrooms using CAD software
- Presenting designs and quotations
- Linking customers to our approved network of trusted installers where required
- Following up enquiries and progressing leads (phone calling warm leads is essential)
- Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
This is a sales-focused role, so confidence with customers and a strong work ethic are essential.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, interiors, or home improvement ideal)
- Strong CAD experience
- Understand how to make mood boards and space plans
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident in presenting designs and quotations
- Organised and motivated
- Interest in interior design and home renovation

About Bowman Bathrooms
We design and supply high-quality bathroom solutions for discerning customers who value good quality design using the highest quality products and brands.
Location:
- Braintree showroom (Springwood Industrial Estate)
Job Type:
- Full-time
This role is showroom-based, with working hours Monday to Saturday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Saturday working is required.
