Senior Interior Designer – Commercial Workplace | Design & Build | Revit
London | On-site
Salary | Up to £90k + Commission
My client, a market-leading Design & Build company in London, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in commercial workplace design and office interiors. This role is ideal for a designer experienced in delivering office fit-out projects (Cat A & Cat B) from concept through to completion, with strong Revit capability and proven project delivery experience.
You will lead the design of commercial office interior projects, working across workplace strategy, spatial planning, concept design, and technical detailing, while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial workplace projects from briefing through to on-site completion.
- Develop workplace strategy, test fits, and space planning for office environments.
- Design and deliver Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs and refurbishments.
- Produce and coordinate technical drawing packages in Revit.
- Specify FF&E, furniture, finishes, and lighting.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Manage client presentations, stakeholder engagement, and design sign-off.
- Resolve technical design issues on site during project delivery.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial office interior design / workplace design.
- Strong portfolio of built office fit-out projects (Cat A & Cat B).
- Experience working in a Design & Build environment.
- Revit proficiency (essential).
- Strong knowledge of technical detailing, joinery, and construction coordination.
- Experience producing technical drawing packages and specifications.
- Confident in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to programme.
