Join one of the founding design hires in a new London studio, helping shape its culture, projects and future from day one.
Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a Middleweight Interior Designer to join the founding team of a newly established London studio for an international architecture and interior design practice. Working across luxury hospitality projects, you will play a key role in developing concepts, producing high-quality 3D models to communicate design intent and supporting projects through to completion.
Working closely with the Directors, you will contribute across all design stages, developing design presentations, coordinated drawing packages and technical documentation while collaborating with the wider team, consultants and suppliers. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage with genuine progression into a Project Lead position as the studio continues to grow.
Candidate
- 4+ years' experience within the luxury hospitality or hotel sector
- Experience gained at a similar calibre design studio
- Strong concept design and spatial planning skills
- Excellent 3D modelling skills in SketchUp (or similar software) to communicate design concepts
- Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to produce coordinated drawing packages
- Confident preparing client presentations and design documentation
- Positive, collaborative and solution-focused approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team

This established international architecture and interior design practice has recently opened its London studio, bringing together an experienced leadership team with an exceptional pipeline of luxury hospitality projects already secured.
The studio is committed to building a collaborative, down-to-earth culture where every voice is heard throughout the design process. Based in Central London, they offer hybrid working following probation, a healthy work-life balance with no culture of regular overtime, and genuine long-term progression as the London team continues to expand.
