We're currently partnering with a highly regarded luxury residential interior design studio in the search for a talented Middleweight Interior Architect to join its close-knit and collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded Interior Architect with strong conceptual and technical design skills to work on prestigious, high-end residential projects and play an active role throughout the design and delivery process.

The Opportunity

You'll be involved across a broad range of design stages and responsibilities, from developing initial concepts and space planning through to detailed technical design and implementation on site.

The role offers exposure to everything from lighting and electrical layouts through to kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, furniture and material specification. You'll work closely with senior designers, clients, consultants and contractors, helping to maintain the design vision from concept through to completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
