About the Role
We are working with a leading international design practice seeking an Intermediate Architect with 3–5 years’ experience to join its London studio. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio across architecture, interiors, workplace, urban design, hospitality and planning, with a strong focus on sustainable and innovative design.
The successful candidate will contribute across multiple project stages, developing design concepts, technical packages and presentations while working collaboratively with clients, consultants and wider project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to design development across multiple project stages
- Develop architectural drawings, models, presentations and technical documentation
- Coordinate architectural packages with consultants and wider project teams
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting and delivery
- Develop creative and innovative design solutions within project requirements
- Participate in design reviews, workshops and client presentations
- Coordinate architectural, structural, environmental and building-services requirements
- Take increasing ownership of project tasks and deliver work independently
- Apply sustainable and integrated design principles throughout projects
- Maintain clear communication with project teams, consultants and clients

Key Skills/Requirements
- 3–5 years’ professional architectural experience
- Strong architectural design and technical skills
- Experience across multiple project stages and developing coordinated packages
- Good understanding of building systems, regulations and technical principles
- Proficiency in Revit for modelling, documentation and coordination
- Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper for design development and parametric exploration
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with Enscape and/or V-Ray for visualisation
- Knowledge of environmental design tools (Ladybug, ClimateStudio)
- Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
