Location: Manchester
Salary: GBP30,34,000
We are working with a well-established and highly respected architectural practice with offices across the UK, who are looking to appoint an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join their Manchester team.
The practice has a varied portfolio spanning mixed-use, retail, healthcare, and leisure developments. This is a great opportunity for a technologist with solid Revit experience to step up in responsibility, working on fast-paced, high-volume projects with strong support, clear progression, and the chance to build your client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Producing technical drawings and construction information in Revit
- Supporting project delivery across RIBA Stages 3-6, with increasing ownership of packages and details as you progress
- Working on retail developments for a major supermarket client
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
- Managing your own workload across several live projects, with guidance from senior colleagues
- Attending client meetings and site visits where required
- Ensuring information complies with UK Building Regulations and relevant industry standards

About You
- An Architectural Technologist or Technician with sufficient UK project experience
- Strong Revit skills, which are essential for this role
- Good technical knowledge and experience producing detailed construction information
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
- Retail or multi-site rollout experience is advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive, confident communicator who works well in a collaborative team
- Keen to develop your career, whether towards senior level, chartership, or both
