Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer – London
Property Consultancy - to £50,000 + c.10% Bonus + Package.
Are you curious to test your ability to lead design projects in a client-side capacity, managing both the design and technical aspects on projects but also the financial, contractual aspects of Electrical Building Services Design?
Are you getting the opportunity to develop the commercial aspects of both your Design, Project Management & Client Management skills?

Remuneration
- Salary £50,000
- Discretionary Bonus c.10% per annum
- Company pension
- 8% employer contribution

What You’ll Do
- Carry out full detailed design
- Client advisory directly with end user clients
- Project management & coordination with other engineering and real estate disciplines
- Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programmes
- Peer review and overseeing external consultant designs
- Client/Project management
