Job Summary
Introba is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to deliver high-quality building services designs and support project delivery for our London office. This role focuses on hands-on design work, collaborating within a team, and ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability. You will represent the company on projects, prepare design documentation, and contribute to our reputation for Building Services Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver mechanical engineering designs and detailed drawings for building services projects.
- Collaborate with team members, instruct technicians, and support staff.
- Prepare reports, tender packages, and present concepts to clients and design professionals.
- Monitor project quality and progress, assisting with budget preparation and cost-effective design solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Maintain professional development and work towards CIBSE chartership.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant project experience.
- Working towards Chartered Engineer (Preferred)
- Technically competent with a team-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Revit; experience with IES or similar software preferred.
- Knowledge of environmental assessment methods (BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS) desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for sustainable, low-energy design.
