Our client is a specialist engineering and construction business delivering highly technical projects across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare and advanced manufacturing sectors. Due to continued growth and a healthy project pipeline, they are looking to appoint two MEP Revit Coordinators at either Mid-Level or Senior level to join their multidisciplinary team in Rochdale.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that delivers complex building services projects from concept through to completion. You'll work as part of an integrated design and delivery team, producing high-quality BIM models and coordinated construction information on some of the UK's most technically demanding projects. Projects include clean rooms, laboratories, healthcare facilities, food production environments and advanced manufacturing facilities where precision, coordination and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce coordinated MEP designs and construction information using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Develop and maintain multidisciplinary 3D BIM models.
- Coordinate building services installations including:
- HVAC systems
- Heating and cooling systems
- Domestic water services
- Drainage systems
- Electrical containment systems
- Produce schematic, detailed and installation-ready drawings.
- Work within established BIM processes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and internal quality procedures.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, design teams and clients.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
- Support the successful delivery of complex building services projects.
Candidate Requirements
- ONC or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Experience producing coordinated MEP designs on building services projects.
- Previous involvement in turnkey construction, mechanical, electrical and HVAC projects.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory or cleanroom environments would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of BIM processes and best practice.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
