What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality accounting, financial reporting, and compliance services
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns for SMEs across a range of industries
- Support and contribute to advisory and reporting engagements
- Work directly with clients, including on-site management accounting support as required
- Review junior team members’ work and provide coaching and guidance (Senior)
- Collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver quality client outcomes
- Explore and adopt new technologies, including AI tools, to improve efficiency, enhance client outcomes, and support smarter ways of working

What You’ll Bring
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
- Solid experience in Business Advisory Services within a NZ accounting firm (2 years minimum preferred)
- Strong technical accounting and compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and a willingness to embrace AI and other digital tools in a practical, productive way
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
