Position Overview
As an Intern / Working Student in Partner Sales, you'll gain hands-on experience in modern B2B tech sales while being mentored by experienced Partner Sales Managers (PSMs). This role is ideal for students or early-career talent passionate about building relationships, executing GTM initiatives, and exploring how partner ecosystems drive business transformation. Guided through structured mentorship, you will shadow senior team members while also taking active responsibility for setting up partner activities, coordinating campaigns, and tracking sales pipeline performance.
This is a six month, part-time hybrid working student opportunity based out of NetApp's Munich office.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentorship & Sales Exposure: Work closely with Partner Sales Managers to gain hands-on insights into partner strategy, partner alignment, and joint business execution.
- Partner Initiatives & Campaigns: Take responsibility for setting up, coordinating, and executing dedicated partner sales activities, enablement campaigns, and local events.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Prepare presentation materials, coordinate partner alignment sessions and workshops, and drive follow-up action items.
- Pipeline & Sales Reporting: Track deal status, booking details, and pipeline trends to support data-driven decision-making across partner accounts.
- Partner Enablement & Operations: Monitor partner training progress, track certification achievements, and help resolve operational partner inquiries.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, IT, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Eagerness to learn and gain real-world exposure to B2B technology sales under experienced mentorship.
- Self-starter mindset with a collaborative approach and willingness to take responsibility for assigned projects and events.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Available to come into the office three times per week as a part of NetApp’s hybrid work culture.
