PR Intern (Paid) | Purpose-led Communications Agency | London

Type: Paid internship, day rate

Pay: £100 per day (London Living Wage), 3 to 4 days per week

Start: As soon as possible, running to at least the end of the year

About the role

Fledgling Work is looking for a bright, curious intern to join a small communications agency in London. They work with corporate, purpose-led and consumer brands on everything from reputation and social impact to brand campaigns.

This is a hands-on role in a close-knit team. You'll support an experienced account lead and get stuck into real client work from the start.

What you could be involved in

  • Supporting a busy trade press office for a major client
  • Writing and editing copy for press, paid trade media and digital
  • Researching media and helping pitch stories to journalists
  • Helping with paid trade media and awards entries
  • Joining brainstorms and new business work across corporate, purpose-led and consumer brands

Who we're looking for

  • Someone smart, quick to learn and happy to turn their hand to anything
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • A genuine interest in PR, communications or purpose-led work, such as social issues or corporate reputation
  • Organised, reliable and comfortable asking questions
  • Based in or able to commute to central London
