Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Intern role located in Crewe. The intern will support project teams in web development, digital content creation, and basic marketing activities, depending on current business needs and individual strengths. Daily tasks may include:

The intern will collaborate with senior team members, attend team meetings, document progress, and contribute ideas to improve workflows and project outcomes. Training and mentoring will be provided, and the intern is expected to learn quickly, take initiative, and maintain professionalism in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Foundational technical skills in IT or web technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, or familiarity with content management systems).
  • Interest in digital media, branding, or graphic design, with basic proficiency in design tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software) considered an advantage.
  • Strong research, organization, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse team members and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage time and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Computer Science, IT, Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Eligibility to work on-site in Crewe and availability for full-time office-based hours.
