Internship - MA+ Group London
MA+ Group is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and organised intern to join our London office. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role offers the opportunity to contribute to several teams across the business, including our photography, styling and creative direction divisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include organising artists’ digital archives, supporting the management of our social media channels, and assisting with production needs across the photography and styling teams. This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in fashion and culture, a strong understanding of the social media landscape and an ambition to gain experience at a global agency.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of MA+ Group website; uploading and organising artist archives and new work
- Reorganising and updating MA+ Group’s contact database
- Occasionally supporting with social media content; day-to-day scheduling, fashion week coverage, and presenting new ideas for our channels
- Maintain calendars, daily schedules, travel logistics and live status updates
- Support producers in managing, options and negotiating all vendors by project as needed (assistants, fitting spaces etc.)
- Support producers in arrangements and itineraries for travelling teams on projects, including international travel
- Support producers in billing administrative tasks
- Carry out general administrative duties as required, including ordering office supplies

- Self-motivated, organised and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Extremely detail-oriented, with strong prioritisation skills under short deadlines
- Up to date on current trends in fashion, entertainment and the creative industries
- Comfortable working across different disciplines
