Role Description

- Supporting trainers and staff with session preparation
- Assisting with client scheduling and check-in
- Helping maintain a clean and safe training environment
- Contributing to basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping
- Supporting simple marketing activities like updating social media or assisting with promotional materials

This role offers exposure to fitness operations, client service, and team collaboration, while providing opportunities to observe and learn from experienced professionals in the field.
Qualifications
- Interest in fitness, health, and wellness, with a willingness to learn and support daily gym operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a busy on-site environment.
- Clear communication skills and a professional, respectful approach when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Basic computer literacy, including comfort with email, spreadsheets, and online scheduling tools.
- Ability to work on-site in London, stand for extended periods, and assist with light physical tasks as needed.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and feedback.
- Previous customer service or fitness-related experience is beneficial but not required.
- Relevant coursework or training in sports science, fitness, or a related field is a plus.
