Position Type: Internship, unpaid, 6 months, flexible hours (to be agreed based on availability and academic commitments). Travel expenses will be reimbursed where required for the role, and additional perks will be provided.
Location and start date: Based in London, with occasional remote coordination with the Swiss and Ukrainian teams. Start date flexible, to be agreed with the candidate.

Role Mission
KunstBrücke is a Swiss-based cultural institution that supports artistic exchange between Switzerland and Ukraine through residencies, exhibitions, and public programmes. The organisation is currently building its first full programme cycle for 2027, including six residency partnerships across Switzerland and Ukraine and a closing exhibition at Kunsthaus Biel.
The Intern will work closely with the Co-Founders to support the day-to-day administration of the organisation and its activities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants direct exposure to how a cultural organisation is built from the ground up.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Assisting with correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation
- Helping maintain grant and partner records, MoUs, and internal tracking documents
- Supporting logistics related to residencies, exhibitions, and travel
Strategic Support:
- Contributing to research on comparable organisations and cultural sector trends
- Supporting the Co-Founders in developing organisational strategy and planning materials
Profile
- Currently studying, or recently graduated in, Art History, Art Business, Curatorial Studies, or a related field
- Genuine interest in contemporary art and cultural organisations
- Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving team
- Strong written English; French or Ukrainian is an asset
- Based in London, or able to work from London for the duration of the internship
- Motivated by the opportunity to help shape a young organisation, rather than by structured onboarding or fixed task lists
