Role Description

This is a remote internship role with Baseline Mentoring. The Intern will support the delivery and coordination of mentoring programs, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and maintaining accurate records of mentee progress.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with communication between mentors and mentees
- Updating digital platforms or databases
- Gathering feedback to improve program effectiveness
- Helping with social media updates
- Conducting basic research on mentoring best practices
- Drafting short content pieces to engage the community
This role offers practical experience in program support, stakeholder communication, and inclusion-focused initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with digital tools and online platforms (e.g., video conferencing, spreadsheets, collaborative documents).
- Interest in mentoring, professional development, and inclusion for underrepresented groups.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a small team.
- Attention to detail in record-keeping, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Proactive, learning-oriented mindset; willingness to take initiative and receive feedback.
- Relevant academic or extracurricular experience in areas such as social impact, education, human resources, psychology, or business is beneficial.
