We are looking for a Construction Management student to become part of our Building team in London.
What You'll Do
- Supporting in the daily control, management, and coordination of site activities
- Support the supervision of trade-contractors as well as the labour and material requirements for the contract
- Assist in ensuring our operatives are working to the latest programme of works, are signed up to the relevant method statements and check they understand what is required
- Be involved in quality and compliance
- Help to log and resolve any defects found and challenge current methodology by putting forward innovative ideas
- Contributing to site progress meetings
- Building positive working relationships with sub-contractors
- Solving issues on site and monitoring risks
- Ensuring health & safety is adhered to, including site inspections, and conducting site inductions.
- Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is received, reviewed and communicated where necessary

What You'll Bring To The Role
- Studying towards a construction related subject that is accredited by the CIOB
- Values driven and passionate about sustainability
- Enthusiastic to learn in a site-based environment
- Have excellent communications skills and attention to detail
- Commercially minded
