PF Global

PF Global give advice built on deep sector expertise, underpinned by global opinion and economic research, so you can win the arguments that will decide your future.

We are oriented around the debates that will matter most to the future, where the intersection of policy, politics, and regulation will decide what happens. We will tell you honestly what is politically possible (and what is not) and then help make your case by building the research, the story and the campaign that goes with it.

You’ll work alongside colleagues with diverse skills, gain exposure to senior clients, and have real opportunities to develop your career as part of our ambitious and supportive team.

The Role

As an intern, you will work across client accounts and alongside multidisciplinary teams, supporting research, analysis, and campaign delivery. You’ll quickly get exposure to the full breadth of our work - from political monitoring to stakeholder engagement and creative campaign planning. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn from leading industry experts while developing your own skills and interests.

What You'll Do

  • Support account teams with day-to-day client work and project delivery.
  • Monitor political events and provide concise, insightful briefings and analysis.
  • Conduct desk-based research to inform client strategies and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare materials such as agendas, meeting notes, monthly reports, and press summaries.
  • Track and report media coverage on key issues and policies.
  • Contacting important stakeholders - including MPs, journalists, and businesses - to support campaigns and gather intelligence.
  • Contribute ideas to campaign planning and creative strategy.
  • Stay across political, business, and social trends to identify opportunities for our clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
