Role Description
As an INTERN — CREATIVE & SOCIAL MEDIA at Envole, you will support the creation and execution of social media content and campaigns that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist with brainstorming and producing visual and written content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other channels, including posts, stories, and short-form videos. You will help manage content calendars, engage with the online community, and contribute to creative concepts for brand campaigns and collaborations. The internship includes on-site work at the Birmingham location, allowing you to participate in photoshoots, content creation sessions, and team meetings. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in creative content and social media within a sustainable fashion environment.

- Candidates should possess strong Creativity Skills and the ability to generate original content ideas aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for social media and internal collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Creative Strategy skills to help plan and support social media and campaign concepts.
- Candidates should possess Branding awareness and an understanding of how to maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills for concise, engaging captions, short-form copy, and basic storytelling.
- Interest in sustainable fashion, social media trends, and digital culture is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Birmingham, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a small, dynamic team.
- Relevant studies or experience in marketing, communications, fashion, media, or a related field is a plus, but not strictly required.
