Bincom Global Volunteer Programme
Our volunteer programme provides an opportunity to gain practical experience building web and mobile applications while developing your frontend and mobile development skills.
At Bincom Global Volunteer Programme, you’ll work in a remote, collaborative environment where you’ll contribute to digital projects while learning from experienced software developers. The programme is designed to help you apply your knowledge through practical development activities.
This supportive environment is designed to help you grow your skills through practical, hands-on experience, whether you’re a student, recent graduate, career changer, or self-taught developer.
What you’ll do
As a Frontend & Mobile App Developer Trainee, you’ll help build and improve real digital products used in active projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Converting UI/UX designs into functional applications
- Writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code
- Testing applications and fixing interface issues
- Collaborating with backend developers, designers, and project teams
- Learning modern development workflows, version control, and best practices
Who this is for
This opportunity is a good fit if you:
- Have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Flutter, or similar tools
- Enjoy building interactive and user-friendly interfaces
- Are actively learning and improving your development skills
- Work well in collaborative environments
- Can commit at least 6 hours per week

Programme Benefits
