Position Overview

Ready to kickstart your career in business operations and analytics? NetApp’s Professional Services Internship in Windsor is a 6-month opportunity to gain hands-on experience in reporting, data analysis, CRM support, and business planning within a global technology organisation.

You will work with the Professional Services Leadership Team and Services Account Executives, helping turn business data into clear insights and supporting day-to-day operational activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, learning new tools, and understanding how data supports business decisions.

You will be working and learning in a hybrid environment. This internship is an investment in your future, giving you exposure to business analytics, sales operations, executive reporting, and professional services within a fast-moving technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Professional Services team with data analysis, reporting, and business updates.
  • Create and maintain simple dashboards, reports, and scorecards using CRM, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Help prepare data and summaries for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
  • Assist with CRM data quality checks, opportunity tracking, pipeline reviews, and forecast preparation.
  • Turn information from spreadsheets and business systems into clear, leadership-ready summaries and presentations.
  • Support operational tracking, resource planning, and process improvement activities.
  • Help analyze bookings, revenue, utilization, backlog, and other business metrics.
  • Work with internal teams to answer ad-hoc data requests and support strategic initiatives.
  • Bring curiosity, attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive mindset to new tasks and projects.

Your Profile

  • School leaver, current student, or recent graduate with a background in business, data analytics, economics, finance, information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • You must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom for the entire duration of the internship. Unfortunately, NetApp is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this opportunity.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets, and business data.
  • Good Excel skills and willingness to learn CRM, reporting, and dashboard tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly.
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
  • Curious about technology, data, business operations, AI, and how organisations use insights to make decisions.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Happy to come into the Windsor office a minimum of three times a week as part of our hybrid work culture.
