CHANEL
At Chanel, our values are grounded in creating the conditions for people to perform at their best and feel fulfilled and confident in their work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Open Innovation team is a future-forward innovation ecosystem for CHANEL. Operating at the intersection of the organization and the wider world, we envision the road ahead for luxury and for CHANEL, fast-tracking potential responses through our network of investments and partnerships. We pressure-test these ideas both inside and outside CHANEL, enabling the House to create positive impact from leading-edge learnings and capabilities and to prepare its businesses for the future.
The Innovation Programs team designs and delivers CHANEL’s flagship internal innovation initiatives — from Chanel Sparks, our intrapreneurship program, to community experiences, broadcasts, and content that brings future-facing ideas to life across the House.
We’re looking for a motivated Intern to join the Innovation Programs team in London, reporting to the Lead, Innovation Programs. This is a hands-on support role spanning program coordination, event and production support, and day-to-day operations. You’ll gain direct exposure to how a global luxury House designs, delivers, and scales flagship internal innovation programs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
