Internship Opportunity in Learning & Development at Axpo Services AG
Are you passionate about digital learning and leadership development? Join Axpo Services AG as an Intern in Learning & Development and help shape the future of learning in an international environment.
What you will do:
- Support the creation, maintenance, and administration of learning offerings in Axpo’s Learning Management System (Cornerstone), with a focus on leadership training programs for Bulgaria.
- Assist with the technical setup, testing, and quality assurance of training and learning journeys in the LMS.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning formats, processes, and user experience. Maintain documentation and support reporting and basic analyses related to learning activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, subject-matter experts, and international colleagues.

What you bring & who you are:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, HR, psychology, education, communication, or a comparable field.
- First experience working with Learning Management Systems (ideally Cornerstone or a comparable LMS).
- Strong interest in digital learning, e-learning solutions, and leadership development.
- Ideally, basic knowledge of digital learning content creation.
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
- High willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken); German is an advantage but not required.
