Overall purpose of the role:
Within Bank, you will join the Leveraged Capital Markets (LCM) teams. LCM is responsible for structuring and distributing leveraged finance transactions in the form of High Yield and Term Loan B products across Europe.
Main responsibilities and duties of the role:
LCM
- Maintain up to date market intelligence resources (Comps databases)
- Contribute to analytics projects such as CLO Investor analysis, New Issuance Premium analysis, Sector Comparables, Deal idea generation
- Support members of the team in the production of a weekly market update document
- Support Origination teams in the preparation of pitch books for client presentations
- Support the pricing exercises of HY and TLB issuance
- Contribute to the production of Underwriting memoranda (after review of the due diligence reports, management presentations etc) to be presented in Credit Committee
- Support administrative and closing workstreams (filing, fee booking)
- Support team in monitoring underwritten positions

Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
