Intern - Leveraged Capital Markets

Location: London

Overall purpose of the role

Within the bank, you will join the Leveraged Capital Markets (LCM) teams.

LCM is responsible for structuring and distributing leveraged finance transactions in the form of High Yield and Term Loan B products across Europe.

Main responsibilities and duties of the role

LCM

  • Maintain up to date market intelligence resources (Comps databases)
  • Contribute to analytics projects such as CLO Investor analysis, New Issuance Premium analysis, Sector Comparables, Deal idea generation
  • Support members of the team in the production of a weekly market update document
  • Support Origination teams in the preparation of pitch books for client presentations
  • Support the pricing exercises of HY and TLB issuance
  • Contribute to the production of Underwriting memoranda (after review of the due diligence reports, management presentations etc) to be presented in Credit Committee
  • Support administrative and closing workstreams (filing, fee booking)
  • Support team in monitoring underwritten positions

JOB REQUIREMENTS
