Job Description
Credit Agricole CACEIS UK are hiring!
What makes you stand out from the crowd? Can you demonstrate your desire to work within the financial services sector? If so, we want to hear from you! Your supporting letter demonstrating this will be crucial during the selection process, along with your CV.
We are looking for Interns to join on a 12-month contract in two areas of the business, our Control-function teams and Client-facing teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to include preparation of reports, presentations and documentation using the MS Office suite
- Supporting the team to deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
- Participating in company-wide activities and initiatives
To succeed, you must be self-motivated to learn and display pro activity along with good computer literacy. Attention to detail is a must as well as a demonstrable desire to work within financial services.
Your MS Office and Outlook skills will be tested during the recruitment process. You will be educated to at least A-Level/T Level/BTech and possess the right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver tasks and projects on time, as directed by the supervisor or manager
- Provide administrative support to include preparation of reports, presentations and documentation, as directed by the supervisor or manager
- Operate as a team member
- Participate in Branch-wide activities and initiatives as and when required
- Escalate any issues appropriately and promptly
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
- Completion of annual mandatory training
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance and risk requirements, including, but not limited to, the Group and UK Compliance and the Financial Crime Prevention Policies
- Adherence to the internal policies of CACEIS UK

Application Criteria
- Starting date: 01/01/2027

- Position with management: No
- Minimum level of study: High school / Secondary school / A levels / AS levels / IB Training / Specialization
- Educated to at least: A-Level/T-Level/BTECH level with a good standard of education
Skills Needed
- Demonstrable desire to work within sales and/or financial services
- Self-motivated, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Can be relied upon to complete tasks accurately and on time
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Displays a willingness to help other team members
- Pro-active approach, committed and reliable
- Ability to engage and work with people

IT Tools
- Demonstrable MS Office and Outlook skills to a good standard
