What will you be doing?

We have an exciting learning opportunity for an Intern, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:

  • Site internal audits & external audits
  • Food safety & quality control
  • Training of personnel on food safety
  • Technical support / troubleshooting
  • Management of external providers
  • Support of the food safety culture plan on site
  • On the job training

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • In progress (3rd / final year) with their Diploma in: Food Technology/ Biotechnology
  • Driver’s license (advantageous)

Programme information:

  • This is a 12-month graduate programme based at our East London Wheat Mill, working in the laboratory.
  • One year workplace exposure and learning experience
  • Working in a pressurized factory environment
  • Working in the quality team on site across all manufacturing teams
