What will you be doing?
We have an exciting learning opportunity for an Intern, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:
- Site internal audits & external audits
- Food safety & quality control
- Training of personnel on food safety
- Technical support / troubleshooting
- Management of external providers
- Support of the food safety culture plan on site
- On the job training

Requirements
- Grade 12
- In progress (3rd / final year) with their Diploma in: Food Technology/ Biotechnology
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
Programme information:
- This is a 12-month graduate programme based at our East London Wheat Mill, working in the laboratory.
- One year workplace exposure and learning experience
- Working in a pressurized factory environment
- Working in the quality team on site across all manufacturing teams
