Build brand communities on social media
Introduction
You love social media, notice every detail, and get a real kick out of seeing brands show up consistently and with impact. As a Social Media Intern at Pulse, you support the daily social operations for global brands, from editorial planning and scheduling to community management and influencer campaigns. You work closely with our Social Media and Influencer Marketing Managers and learn how great social is built on precision and strong client relationships as much as on creativity. If you are ready to build a solid foundation in a fast-paced, international agency, we'd love to hear from you.
Your tasks
- You plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms based on editorial calendars, making sure every post is accurate, on time, and true to each brand's tone of voice.
- You manage daily community interactions, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions with care and building meaningful relationships between brands and their communities.
- You support the Influencer Marketing team on campaigns from development through to execution, helping keep every step organised and on track.
- You monitor social channels every day, spotting trends, conversations, and cultural moments relevant to the brands you work on.
- You collaborate closely with the wider team, contributing ideas in editorial planning sessions and helping ensure smooth, timely delivery across all work streams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
