Wayfair is looking for an ambitious, and entrepreneurial individual to join our Supply Acquisition & Onboarding team! Help us grow one of our many home categories and revolutionize the way people shop for their home utilizing Wayfair's "best in class" online customer experience.

What You’ll Do

On the SA&O team, you will gain a full understanding of the Wayfair brand, our core customer, our internal tools, & how and why suppliers partner with us. You will make contact, find a decision-maker and convince them of the benefits of working with Wayfair. You will negotiate business terms and pricing to set both Wayfair and the supplier up for success. Your goal is to drive new business partnerships, increase customer selection, and grow GRS in all new acquisitions.

Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is hungry, flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong communication skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
