Key Responsibilities
- Respond to pre- and post-sales queries from partners, helping them access the right information quickly.
- Research and resolve technical questions, working with internal teams where needed.
- Support partners and internal engineers through the quoting process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and best-practice guidance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and make day-to-day support more efficient.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external users, delivering a professional and helpful customer experience.
- Learn new technologies and apply that knowledge to support partner and customer needs.
- Bring curiosity, creativity, teamwork, and a proactive mindset to new challenges and projects.

Your Profile
- School leaver or university graduate with a background in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- You must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom for the entire duration of the internship. Unfortunately, NetApp is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this opportunity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious about sales, technology, AI, and how organisations enable teams to perform at their best.
- Comfortable working with data, presentations, collaboration tools, and digital content platforms.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Happy to come into the Windsor office a minimum of three times a week as part of our hybrid work culture.
