Responsibilities

  • You are able to prioritize tasks and clearly distinguish between urgent and non-urgent matters.
  • You are comfortable handling confidential information and can react efficiently to unexpected situations.
  • You are organized, rigorous, dynamic, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and comfortable leading meetings, taking notes, and sharing minutes.
  • You are results-oriented and understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
  • You are capable of managing projects from start to finish (events, press releases, workshops, etc.).
  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or Business.
  • You have strong written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
  • You are familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
