Internal Account Management Team Lead
Location: Office based Brighton
Driving License: A full UK driving license is required

You'll ideally have:
- Experience in account management, customer service, or a client-facing role.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or supporting colleagues.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Confidence working collaboratively across different teams.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Experience within the IT industry (beneficial but not essential).
About the Role
As our Internal Account Management Team Lead, you'll combine hands-on account management with day-to-day leadership of the Internal Account Management (IAM) team. Working closely with Relationship Managers, you'll help deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting the development and success of your team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and nurturing strong relationships.
- Supporting Relationship Managers with account management and client growth opportunities.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Managing client enquiries, quotations, renewals and account administration.
- Handling client escalations and driving issues through to resolution.
- Providing leadership, guidance and coaching to the IAM team.
- Helping manage team workloads and priorities to maintain excellent service levels.
- Supporting the onboarding and development of team members.
- Identifying process improvements and promoting best practice across the team.
- Ensuring clients receive a consistent, professional and proactive service.
