Summary Of The Role & Who We're Looking For

Working in the world of care, we're dedicated to collaborating with our customers at Blueleaf to provide care home products, consumables, and furniture. We're looking to recruit a permanent, full-time individual who is able to manage our key accounts internally using proven account management principles of penetration, expansion, and protection so that growth is in line with business goals. Are you passionate and eager to support our sales team and our valued customers?

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar internal sales account role previously, ideally within the care sector, and be able to demonstrate commercial awareness, positivity, and have excellent communication skills.

This role will require effective and proactive management and prioritization of day-to-day tasks if business targets are to be achieved. It will require a willingness to learn and develop new skills, a readiness to adapt to varying environments and people, and the ability to cope with different responsibilities, all whilst maintaining full effectiveness in the role.

Main Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • National Account Manager support for large Group Homes over 750 beds within an area.
  • Focus on telecommunication customer service, upselling, and retention through the aftersales care.
  • Support National Account Managers with quotations, pricing tenders, price comparisons, and customer reporting to seek upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Follow up all quotations in a timely manner.
  • Develop a high level of expertise in the company’s product portfolio, becoming a strategic resource for our customers.
  • Proactively identify client challenges in your area of responsibility before they become an issue for your customers and solve this in a timely manner.
  • Manage and sort account pricing queries.
  • Manage and sort The Hub queries.

Customer Reference Data Integrity

  • Take responsibility for complete and accurate Customer Reference Data in the company’s core ERP system (Netsuite) in relation to the supported Account Owners allocated customers. This involves either:
    • Executing changes directly in Netsuite, on allocated Account Owners approval.
    • Managing account-holder approved Customer Reference Data Change Requests as primary liaison with IT, where generic data uploads or structural changes to the customer record are required, taking into account the impact on other ERP stakeholders and users.
  • Where Customer Reference Data is captured by functions outside Sales (e.g., Customer Service, Finance), establishing and maintaining effective control and delegation of the relevant data capture tasks.
  • Establishing periodic and regular Data Quality reviews across Customer Reference Data (minimum 6 monthly), within the IAM team, to establish consistency of approach to control and maintenance of Customer Reference Data across all Sales functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
