Job Overview

Anglia Labels is an independent, family-owned label manufacturer based in Sudbury, Suffolk. Established in 1980, we have more than 45 years’ experience producing high-quality self-adhesive labels for customers across a wide range of industries.

We’re proud of our heritage, but we’re also an ambitious business with exciting plans for growth. We combine the flexibility and personal service of an independent company with modern print technology and a strong focus on quality, innovation and continuous improvement.

As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of established customers, building strong, long-term relationships and managing their requirements from initial enquiry through to successful production and delivery.

This isn’t simply an order-processing or customer service role. A key part of the position is proactively developing customer accounts – understanding your customers’ businesses, identifying commercial opportunities and finding ways in which we can support them further.

As new customers come on board, you’ll also take responsibility for developing those relationships, helping turn new business into strong, long-term customer partnerships.

You’ll work closely with our production and commercial teams and use our specialist print ERP/MIS system, Label Traxx, to manage quotations, orders and job information throughout the production process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
