Internal Account Manager - Cleaning & Hygiene Solutions

INTERVIEWING MONDAY 24th AUGUST

THE ROLE:

As an Internal Account Manager, you will take ownership of an established portfolio of customers, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across existing accounts. Working closely with customers by phone, email and virtual meetings, you will proactively manage enquiries, identify additional product and service requirements, and ensure a consistently high level of customer service. Alongside account development, you'll also engage with prospective customers, helping to generate new opportunities and expand business within your territory.

LOCATION:

Edinburgh

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience within a customer facing environment such as front of house, car sales, estate agency background.
  • Customer service / telesales experience
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to spot growth opportunities
  • Organised, proactive and motivated to achieve targets
  • A positive attitude and desire to develop a long-term sales career
