Job Description

As an Indoor Account Manager, you will proactively manage a portfolio of around 300 existing customers each spending up to £700 per week. Key Responsibilities

  • Driving Customer Retention & Growth: Proactively manage client accounts to maintain loyalty, hit revenue targets, and unlock upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Service Reviews & Rates: Conduct regular service reviews with clients and manage account rate renewals and Annual Price Increases (APIs) to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Senior Escalation Point: Act as the senior escalation point for sensitive delivery issues, thinking outside the box to resolve complex customer problems and secure long-term accounts.
  • Account Strategy & Pipeline: Develop tailored account plans, maintain an up-to-date revenue pipeline, and track trading levels using Salesforce.
  • Relationship Management: Build multi-functional, multi-level business relationships across client organizations via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
