We’re Hiring: Telesales Account Manager – FMCG Industry - Bournemouth
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and building relationships? Join our dynamic team and help us grow our business in the fast-paced FMCG sector!
What you’ll do:
- ✅ Sell and promote over-the-counter products to pharmacies at agreed prices and deal levels
- ✅ Achieve daily call rates, orders, and value targets while following our proven telesales model
- ✅ Drive growth across your territory by brand and develop new business opportunities
- ✅ Support clients during sales drives and create promotional materials to boost success
- ✅ Manage your own territory, plan calls effectively, and maintain high standards
- ✅ Use our CRM system to track performance and react to trends
What we’re looking for:
- ✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in telephone account management in a target-driven environment
- ✔ FMCG experience is desirable
- ✔ Strong CRM skills for loading results and running reports
- ✔ Excellent communication and planning skills
- ✔ A good standard of education, including Maths and English
