Internal Account Manager
Oakley Recruitment is working in exclusive partnership with an evolving, dynamic organisation who are forward thinking and the market leader in their space. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as an Internal Account Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working.

Reward
- £27,000 - OTE up to £40k
- Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week, 8.45-5pm with an early finish 4pm Friday
- Hybrid working 3 days working in the office 2 days WFH (4 days in office while training)

Job Description:
- Proactively contacting business to business clients over the phone and email to generate sales and develop new opportunities
- Selling a portfolio products, promotions and stock opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships to encourage repeat business
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximise account value
- Handling customer objections confidently and using persuasive selling and negotiation techniques to secure sales
- Working towards agreed sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth
- Tailoring sales approaches and offers based on individual customer needs
- Developing product knowledge and align activity with commercial priorities
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions and account information

Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Confident and persuasive communicator
- Proven ability to handle objections
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a commercial mindset
- Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
