Internal Sales Executive
A leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial and infrastructure solutions is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join its busy UK sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing customer accounts, and supporting business growth through proactive sales activity and exceptional service. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while working closely with internal departments and external field sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders and ensuring timely progression through to dispatch.
- Managing customer enquiries relating to products, pricing, stock availability, and deliveries.
- Preparing and issuing customer quotations.
- Building strong relationships with customers through regular telephone and email communication.
- Supporting external sales teams with account information and quotation updates.
- Coordinating transport requirements for specialist deliveries.
- Resolving delivery and service issues efficiently, escalating where appropriate.
- Working collaboratively with production, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an internal sales, customer service, or sales support environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using CRM and order processing systems.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- A customer-first mindset and a desire to exceed expectations.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas and improvements.
