We Are Looking for a Commercially Focused Internal Account Manager
To join our growing Client Services team.
The Role
You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the main day-to-day contact and coordinating projects from initial enquiry and quotation through to production and delivery.
Working closely with Sales, Studio, Production and Scheduling, you will ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and projects are delivered accurately and on time.

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisation, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and day-to-day enquiries.
- Prepare, manage and follow up quotations.
- Coordinate projects from order through to completion.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.
- Provide customers with accurate project updates.
- Maintain accurate CRM and MIS records.
- Manage customer queries and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and account development.
- Ensure customer specifications and project information are clearly communicated internally.
- Maintain commercial awareness when managing costs, specifications and customer expectations.

About You
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Internal Sales, Client Services or Customer Service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative ability.
- Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
- Confidence dealing with customers and internal teams.
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM or business management systems.
- A professional and proactive approach.
Experience within large format print, signage, graphics, exhibition or manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential.
