Through long standing partnerships with global manufacturers, we deliver technically focused material solutions to customers across Europe.
Our operations include seven strategically located European warehouses, a dedicated technical centre, and an in house contract blending and repackaging facility through RBH Repacking Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to a Business Manager, the Internal Account Manager for thermoplastics, elastomers and ceramics play a key role in delivering RBH’s commercial strategy across defined market segments in Europe.

- Structured account management and targeted business development activity, working closely with the in-house marketing team to ensure alignment with RBH Group’s sector specific growth plans.
Sales Development
- Deliver commercial objectives and revenue targets within assigned market segments and European territories.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities aligned with RBH Group’s commercial priorities within surface finishing and abrasion related applications.
- Build and manage customer relationships across Europe, including manufacturers, formulators, OEMs, and processors operating in polishing and abrasive markets.
- Implement business development strategies defined by the Business Manager, supported by targeted in house marketing campaigns and technical content.
- Support lead generation initiatives across assigned market sectors.
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and application requirements to identify opportunities and inform commercial activity,
- Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records, capturing all customer interactions by application, sector, and territory.

Reporting and Communication
- Provide monthly sales development updates segmented by market segment and European territory, including pipeline status and opportunity progression.
- Participate in regular commercial reviews and planning sessions with the Business Manager.
- Submit timely and detailed reports on customer activity, application feedback, and market intelligence.
- Ensure effective cross functional communication with internal technical, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to support customer and principal partner requirements across Europe.
Essential skills
- Degree qualified in Chemistry or Materials Science.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercially and technically competent.
- Highly organised and proactive.
