Renowned for their commitment to quality, innovation and customer service, they are looking to strengthen their Internal Sales team with a commercially focused individual who thrives on building relationships and delivering first-class support.
Role & Responsibilities Of The Internal Account Manager
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with customers by telephone and email.
- Prepare quotations and follow them through to order conversion.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with customers throughout the order journey, providing updates and resolving queries.
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally and confidently.
- Support customers with product knowledge and technical information.
- Work closely with the wider commercial and operations teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor weekly order intake against agreed KPIs.
- Build long-term customer loyalty through outstanding service.

About You As The Internal Account Manager
- Previous experience within the window, door or glazing industry is essential.
- Confident communicating with customers over the telephone.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Naturally personable and enjoys building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Looking to be part of a young, collaborative team with future progression opportunities.
