Robert Walters - Internal Auditor - Permanent - Hybrid - Worcestershire - £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Our client, a leading international manufacturing business, is seeking an ambitious Internal Auditor to join its growing Internal Audit function. This is an excellent opportunity for a first-time mover from practice looking to broaden their experience beyond external audit and gain exposure across Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Governance and Assurance activities within a complex, international organisation.

Key responsibilities of the Internal Auditor:

  • Plan and execute risk-based internal audit reviews across the Group.
  • Conduct assessments of key controls and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and enhancement of the Group's risk and compliance strategy.
  • Review business processes and recommend practical, value-adding improvements.
  • Prepare audit findings and reports, ensuring recommendations are clearly communicated and agreed with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of robust audit plans and governance frameworks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions and international operations.

Key essentials of the Internal Auditor:

  • ACA qualified
  • Experience within External Audit, Internal Audit or controls testing
