The Opportunity
GPQSS is looking for an Internal Audit & Certification Manager to join our global team. This role offers numerous opportunities for professional growth and development.
You will:
- Lead and coordinate the GPQSS Internal Audit Team, which is responsible for fostering a culture of safety and quality excellence across the organization’s entire value chain.
- Provide a clear overview of the latest tools and approaches used for business process management across various functions within the global GPQSS organization.
- Be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on the GPQSS internal audit program, as well as supporting and overseeing BU GI initiatives.
- Identify risks and controls, provide recommendations for improvement, and communicate findings to management and other stakeholders to maintain and continuously improve the GPQSS Integrated Management System.
- Focus on quality and HSE standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, as well as applicable local legislation.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring that our company consistently operates at the highest levels of efficiency and compliance.
- Lead the external integrated certification process with third-party certification bodies and represent the company during corporate and external audits.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the development and execution of a global Customer Experience training strategy that contributes to business success.
- Gather insights and analyze data to identify skill gaps and prioritize high-impact learning initiatives.
- Design and enhance training programs that incorporate industry trends and innovative technologies.
- Help define and track key performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact.
- Implement and optimize processes and tools to enable consistent and scalable training delivery worldwide.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, relevant, and engaging training content.
- Support communication strategies that increase awareness of and engagement with training initiatives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in customer experience, marketing and sales, training, or learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Hands-on experience in developing engaging training content and learning materials.
- Ability to assess training needs, gather and analyze feedback, and support the continuous improvement of learning programs.
- Knowledge of learning management systems, particularly Cornerstone, as well as digital learning tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

The minimum salary for this position in Italy is starting from: 57300 €. The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.

GPQSS recherche un(e) Responsable Audit Interne et Certification pour rejoindre son équipe internationale. Ce poste offre de nombreuses possibilités d’évolution et de développement professionnel.
Vous aurez pour missions de :
- Diriger et coordonner l’équipe d’audit interne de GPQSS, chargée de promouvoir une culture d’excellence en matière de sécurité et de qualité sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur de l’organisation ;
- Fournir une vision claire des outils et des approches les plus récents utilisés dans le cadre de la gestion des processus métier au sein des différentes fonctions de l’organisation GPQSS à l’échelle mondiale ;
- Planifier, réaliser et présenter les résultats du programme d’audit interne de GPQSS, ainsi que soutenir et superviser les initiatives de la BU GI ;
- Identifier les risques et les dispositifs de contrôle, formuler des recommandations d’amélioration et communiquer les conclusions à la direction et aux autres parties prenantes, afin de maintenir et d’améliorer en continu le système de management intégré de GPQSS ;
- Accorder une attention particulière aux normes relatives à la qualité et à l’hygiène, la sécurité et l’environnement (HSE), notamment les normes ISO 9001, ISO 45001 et ISO 14001, ainsi qu’à la législation locale applicable ;
- Vous tenir informé(e) des meilleures pratiques du secteur et des évolutions réglementaires, afin de garantir que notre entreprise opère en permanence selon les plus hauts niveaux d’efficacité et de conformité ;
- Piloter le processus externe de certification intégrée avec les organismes de certification tiers et représenter l’entreprise lors des audits internes au Groupe et des audits externes ;

Votre profil
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau licence ou master en ingénierie, administration des entreprises, marketing, communication, sciences de l’éducation ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Vous disposez d’au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans les domaines de l’expérience client, du marketing et des ventes, de la formation ou de l’apprentissage et du développement des compétences.
- Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, ainsi que la capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les parties prenantes et les experts métiers.
- Vous disposez d’une expérience pratique dans la création de contenus de formation et de supports pédagogiques engageants.
- Vous êtes capable d’évaluer les besoins en formation, de recueillir et d’analyser les retours d’expérience, et de contribuer à l’amélioration continue des programmes d’apprentissage.
- Vous connaissez les systèmes de gestion de l’apprentissage, notamment Cornerstone, ainsi que les outils de formation numérique.
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral. La maîtrise d’autres langues constitue un atout.
