Description
- Plan, execute, and manage internal audits across various business functions.
- Identify and assess potential risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide recommendations to improve processes and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address findings and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports to senior management.
- Monitor the implementation of agreed audit recommendations.
- Support the development of the internal audit framework and methodology.
- Stay up to date with changes in regulations and best practices within the FMCG industry.

Profile
A successful Internal Audit Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or auditing, such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of internal audit processes and risk management principles.
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry or a similar environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary CIRCA £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Car allowance
- 10% annual bonus
- Permanent position based in Leeds.
