Looking to step into a role where Internal Audit is genuinely valued and has real influence across the business?

IAC are working exclusively with a leading international hospitality and real estate group to recruit an Internal Audit Manager. Joining a small Internal Audit function you will be reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit & Risk and play a key role in delivering the annual audit plan, strengthening governance, and helping shape the organisation's risk culture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver risk-based internal audits across a diverse international business.
  • Lead the annual Controls Assurance programme.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, and present meaningful insights and recommendations that drive business improvement.
  • Support and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
  • Contribute to reporting for senior leadership, Audit Committee and the Board.

Ideal experience:

  • Proven Internal Audit experience within industry or practice.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk and internal controls.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for adding value beyond compliance.
  • Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent) preferred.
